The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Manager and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with staff supervision, rostering, and training
• Supporting program delivery and customer service
• Helping maintain compliance with safety, child protection, and operational standards
• Building strong relationships with staff, swimmers, and families
• Contributing to a positive team culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Passionate about swimming, education, and child development
• Experienced in customer service, leadership, or supervision (aquatic industry experience highly regarded)
• Organised, reliable, and proactive
• Confident in communication and problem solving
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
