We’re looking for an experienced Pool Deck Supervisor to join the team at our Gregory Hills centre!

The centre is located centrally within the business precinct of Gregory Hills with on-site parking and is also close to public transports stops.

We run Babies, Learn to Swim and Stroke Development classes 7 days a week (including school holidays) so weekend availability is a must.

Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that all swim teachers/coaches conduct lessons in accordance with Aquabliss methodology & provide them with feedback & support.

You will also be responsible for assessing & grading students to ensure their class level matches their ability while also supervising, guiding & maintaining the safety of students.

A critical component of this role is the responsibility of building excellent relationships with parents/carers, ensuring they are kept up to date & satisfied with their child’s progress & answer any queries they may have.

Essential Requirements:

✅ Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / Swim Australia Teacher as a minimum

✅ Working with Children Check (if 18 and over)

✅ Current First Aid

✅ Current PLG (or CPR as a minimum)
